If you’re not eating other dairy besides cheese, make sure you’re either eating calcium-rich veggies (dark greens or soy products, mostly) or taking a supplement. :) Also, fiber and water. Sorry, I’ll get off my soapbox now. lol

I’m drinking milk with the cereal every day and I really only drink water (and lemonade at work). The cereal has 3g of fiber per serving but if I can find a fiber supplement somewhere out here I may get it. 

And I’m completely clueless when it comes to this stuff so if you see something and wanna chime in, by all means hop on that soapbox haha, I appreciate it :{p

Its not pre-gaming or being an alcoholic. Its just being a guy. Sometimes i drink a beer when i wake up just because i like beer. That includes, but is not limited to, 7am before school, 9am days while in the shower, and plenty of times before 1pm.

That they do haha. Momma Duran wasn’t feelin’ the 2.66 second semester of freshman year though so I’ve been tryin’ to step it up a bit. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten anything below a C, but I’m definitely feelin’ the 4.0 Fairy’s magic at work here haha
