Awww you da best haha. I’m gonna miss my first registration because there’s no way I’m coming up with the money in three days, but there are a couple more, and my entire program is like 12 people, so I should be fine. It’s just frustrating.

I had this freak out when I read all about the end of subsidized loans for grad students. It’s trickery but mostly fuckery, and not of the good kind. -C

That’s another thing I’m gonna have to worry about. I spent about an hour and a half on the phone today with financial aid and graduate registration and who the hell knows who else, and the main thing was that I MAY get some merit-based money from my GPA/GRE scores (which were pretty good; I got a 3.8 and 3.6 my last two undergrad semesters, and I was in the 80th percentile or up in all parts of my GRE), and I’d know about whether I got that within a couple weeks, and that any other money I’d get would be due to doing research or whatever have you, which I can’t do until my second or third semester. Doesn’t help too much meow, but down the road I guess, y’know.

How about my parents told me they were moving to Virginia when I came to visit for my brother’s birthday…mind you they knew they were gonna do it 6 months beforehand -__-
